Since its inception, i-SAFE America has worked closely with Law Enforcement agencies across the country. We recognize Law
Enforcement officers as a valuable weapon in our mission to keep the youth of this nation safe online. There is no way a
civilian can replicate your expertise and authority.
To date i-SAFE America has worked with Law Enforcement agencies in all 50 states. The support we have received and given is
non-partisan as we have partnered with nearly every agency in existence including:
Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
US Attorneys
International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP)
District Attorneys
Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC)
School Resource Officers
Attorneys General
Dare Officers/School Resource Officers
U.S. Department of Justice
The U.S. Congress designated i-SAFE America to bring Internet safety education to schools in all 50 states. Thanks to funding
provided by a bi-partisan Congress i-SAFE provides training, materials and support to Law Enforcement FREE of charge. This
means i-SAFE helps enable Law Enforcement to educate and empower the youth of their community. Some of the ways you can partner
with i-SAFE include:
Once you have attended a Professional Development Program (PDP) and are i-SAFE certified, you will be able to train your colleagues by hosting a PDP.
Teach i-SAFE Lesson Four on Predator Identification to grades 5-8. (This is a scripted PowerPoint lesson that is written for LE.)
Speak at i-SAFE events or other programs for students, parents or leaders in your community. We have a library of scripted PowerPoint presentations and videos available for your use.
Our new Assembly is a great way to introduce or reinforce the concept of Internet safety in the schools of your community.
We encourage you to join the i-SAFE America team in our effort to create a safer online community for your areas children. E-mail
lawenforcement@isafe.org to partner with us.
